Anyone that tells you being a parent is a hard job, is wrong, being a parent is an adventure! Today, my sweet 2-year old, Zach, bit a tire off a Hot Wheels car and got it stuck to his tooth, he came to me saying "Mommy hurts" and points to his tooth. I thought these cars are supposed to "kid proof", they just may not be Zach proof. This child will chew / eat anything, including sticks, rocks, sand and just about anything else he can put in his mouth.
Chris, my sweet heart of a 4-year old decided he had to go potty while outside swimming, so he disappeared to the side of the house for a few minutes, I went to see what he got into and caught him pooping in the yard! What the heck? Sometimes I just don't understand a boys need to potty outside, evey chance he gets he wants to potty outside. When I asked why, the answer I got is "cause", that is his answer for everything.
Finally, Tony, my mama's boy at 17-years old, graduates in a week. It breaks my heart to think that he will leave home in the coming years, I'm not sure how I will cope and I'm not sure how any one copes.
Tomorrow will be another adventure, I have to get out the summer clothes to see what fits and what doesn't!
